Pork loin tonight

Tryin a new modified recipe. We'll see how it turns out tonight. Sure does smell good!
-1 1/2 lbs of center cut pork loin
-1 jar Sauerkraut strained with a quick rinse
-Red tators
-Carrots
-1 pack onion soup mix
-Teaspoon caraway seed
-Teaspoon black pepper
-Heaping tablespoon minced garlic
-1 cup water
