How long will meat last if it's vacuum sealed?

I wrap all my meat in a cling freezer wrap then vacuum pack them. The secret to long term freezer storage when proper wrapping is done is removal of all the fat and gristle IMHO. I have no interest in speed test for processing and packing up my meat for the freezer
Just cooked a backstrap last night from Dec 09. It was awesome
