    Stuffed pork loin

    First try and doing this myself from start to finish, usually buy them already stuffed. Pork loin, cream cheese, jalapeno, bacon, and bake @ 375 for 90 minutes and it is excellent!

    Looks good. Very good, hope your not on a night shift call and you have a real emergency I cant eat cheese or im done!!!

      Looks good! Next time buy a link of boudain and take it out of casing and mix with japs and cream cheese! Yummy!

        I was reading something the other day about doing that with chicken, will definitely have to try it with this. Thanks!

        Lol it was very good. I'm lucky, I can eat pretty much anything and it doesn't bother me at all
