Ingredients
1 Angel Food Cake-cut into 3 even horizontal layers
1 20 oz can of undrained crushed pineapple
1 package (1 oz) of jello vanilla flavor fat free sugar free instant pudding
1 cup of thawed cool whip lite
1 can drained mandarin oranges
Or
Fresh strawberries
Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix. Gently stir in cool whip.
Stack cake on plate beginning on bottom layer spread mixture between the layers as you go and add either mandarin oranges or strawberries to each layer. Reserve enough to put mixture on top and refrigerate one hour
This is of course the weight watchers version but can easily be modified
