Buddy showed me a great way to do hot wings on the smoker.
5lbs frozen wings
Dale's marinade
Wing sauce of choice(I use Franks)
Put frozen wings in full size foil pan with 1/2 bottle of dales and 1/2-1 bottle of Franks. Cover with foil but leave sides open. Put on smoker 225-250 for 2 1/2 hours. Remove from pan and put on smoker at hot part for 30-45 minutes to crisp them up. you can either eat them like this for a dryer style or put more wing sauce on them.
