    Easy Lemon Pie

    Lemon Pie

    1- 6oz. Graham Cracker Crust
    3 egg yolks
    1- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 cup lemon juice
    yellow food coloring few drops (optional)
    Cool Whip

    Preheat oven to 325. *In a medium bowl beat yolks stir in milk, lemon juice and food coloring. *Pour into crust and bake for 30 minutes.
    Cool completely then top with cool whip. *FYI... I used the whole 8 oz. tub of Cool Whip.

      Similar to my recipe as I use the egg whites and make a meringue

          I made this the other day. Good stuff. I put a piece (including the cool whip) in the freezer overnight and ate it frozen...........OMG!!!!! If you like lemon, you gotta try it.

                I make this without the eggs.....you don't have to cook it. Just mix pour into pie shell and put in fridge. rLemon ice box pie. Thanksgiving staple at my house.
