I made a batch today and they turned out great! I did leave out the beer though as the other 3 times I made these that was most of what I could taste. Definitely better without it.
On a side note, is there a trick to get them not to stick? Ive burned a few to the bottom every attempt and I stir about every 15 minutes or so if not more.
