We either fry them or do them as Baked Steak..
Baked Steak
brown them off
mix together one can cream celery and one can cream of mushroom soup
Place in a casarole dish
cover with "gravy" (two soups mixed together)
cover with foil
place in a pre heated 350 oven
cook for 1.5 hours
We usually do them with mashed taters and a veggie. Use the "gravy" for your tattersComment

slive thin super thin, pan fry high temp with onion, mushrooms and little soy and wichestersire sauce and bell pepper. After coat with a table spoon of ketchup or two add to a hearty bread with pepper jack and enjoy a awesome philly cheesesteak samichComment

we chicken fry em just like back strap or my wife will smother them like pork chops and have rice and gravy. they come out fork tender that way.Comment
