    Disc cooker chicken wings

    Seasoned with some spicy seasoned salt that I concocted.
    burner on high, maybe 1/2 cup of oil

    let it get smokin hot, tossed in the wings.

    stir fried until golden brown

    poured off the oil, & added the wings back to the disc
    added about 1/2 to 3/4 bottle of teriyaki sauce.

    tossed until the sauce thickened up and glazed the wings.

    removed wings, cleaned disc, grabbed another beer...

    slap yo mama good.

    possibly one of the best things I've made on this bad boy.

        anytime.

        shrimp tacos tonight

        seasoned salt, ancho chili powder...mix up with the shrimps really well.
        light oil & stir fry till done.

        I make a tomato/avacado "salsa" with some ancho powder and about 2 tablespoons of rnach dressing. Tomatoes and avacados are medium diced. Stir it all up & let it sit in the fridge.

        Make a lightly dressed cole slaw to go on that. Layer everything on a fresh tortilla.
        Good eats right there.

                  I really need to get mine out and use it! I've had mine for almost a year now and still haven't used it! I'm thinking tomorrow nights supper is coming off the cooker! I guess I'll go look around in the recipes section with disk cookers!

                    I've used the heck out of mine since I made it.

                    done fajitas 3 times with veggies
                    fish and shrimp tacos twice
                    chicken gizzards twice
                    chicken and asparagus with bowtie pasta
                    and now, hot wings.

                    waiting for it to cool off a little and we can head down to the creek and go camp...then it's bacon and river bottom potatoes and eggs for tacos

                      Bucky, how are you doing the gizzards and fish and shrimp tacos? I'd think you fry all of it but wondered if you had tried steaming the fish and shrimp?
