    Pork-A-Bob Recipe????

Does anyone have a good recipe for pork a bobs or a good marinade/seasoning? I went to a festival this weekend and had one, these are always good and a hit at festivals/carnivals and I want to try and make some at home.
Also, does anyone know what piece of meat is usually used to make them?

When we do Ka-Bobs, we use country style ribs cut into cubes and marinate in a cheap zesty Italian dressing. The oil helps keep the veggies from burning also. Hope this helps. If this is not the recipie you are looking for, sorry!

Thats what I'm talking about Cajun Blake, Thanks for the input, I'm going to try that for sure.

Once the pork hits 165* you are saying that the meat is done?

I have never done but I have had friends that say this is how they do it and some may add sugar for some sweetness.

pork is considered medium-rare at 145* (internal temp) and safe to eat

              160-165* is considered Medium

when removing from grill or oven, let pork stand for 3 minutes rest , which makes it juicy

get a digital thermometer to measure temp

              $25 at Academy
