Our guests went to happy hour for lunch and by dinner time they were hammered. Karen and I had a huge dinner with tons of left overs.
We mowed the yard, cleaned and mopped the house, prepared and cooked all day, and were stood up.
The ribbs were cooked 3 times, One hour smoked, 2 hours in the stove, and then covered in BBQ sauce and put back on the pit to carmelize. We have only done the dutch oven pineapple thing once at home - {it is a lease only dish}
