help old school breakfast recipes

This sounds a lot like the rice pudding my mom used to make. I was asking my sister not too long ago if she knew how to make it. My mom passed back in 2007 and one of the things I miss most is all the meals she made that no one seems to know the recipe for. Thanks for the ingrediants, now how do I make it?

rice pudding?? ours was cooked rice, a lil butter, milk an sugar

I never knew what it had a name but it was good stuff. We added so much suga it's a wonder our teeth didn't rot out and we looked like little crackheads.

If I cook rice, I have to take a little and put sugar and butter on it. It is great any time!
