Sloppy taters

I did this the other day and it was awesome. Wash taters, rub em with butter, sprinkle with fav seasonings(fajita for us). Nuke em til done.
While taters are cooking, brown hb meat, add sloppy joe mix or make ur own. I make my own. Add ketchup, mustard, and seasonings to taste. I use chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. When taters are done, cut open, put butter on it, add sloppy joe mixture, and cheese. Enjoy!! Ill take pics tonight.

I dont have any. Only killed one little doe this yr.
This came about about by us being between paydays and we had a couple taters and meat and cheese and it was easy and quick to fix.
