Who makes bread?

I got a bread maker for Christmas and looking for some pointers, I also got a sourdough starter kit.

My wife makes it all the time. Don't know the recipe but jalapeño is her fav.

Homemade bread is the bomb! Put weight on you quickly though!

I make Artesian style with a crunchi crust. Some times I add cheese and Jalapeños.

No bread machine needed. I only made this a few times and didn`t save the recipe. Here is one from the WWW that looks similar to how I made it.

I'm no baker, but I messed around with my wife's old bread maker last week for the 1st time. Super easy and just a few simple ingredients, unlike all the extra crap in bread from the store. I'm going to wear that thing out this winter. Also made some bagels that were easy and better than panera.

I made some basic cheesy white bread and it didn't last maybe 10 minutes. My girls ate half of it before I could even try it. I did a small 1.5lb loaf, gonna do a 2lb one today.
