    Smoked Chuck Roast

    Smoked a Chuck Roast today. Salt, Pepper, Garlic, smoked at 275deg, 3 hrs then into a foil pan when the bark was right. Added bone broth to pan with some Dales and wagyu tallow on top then covered in foil for 1.5 hrs till probing butter fort 204 deg.

    Looks good! I did this several months ago. It turned out good. but not good enough for me to do it again... I'll stick with taters', carrots, and gravy around mine.

          Was it brisket texture and flavor? I did a tri tip like this, it turned out like a mini brisket.

            Yall need to try adding this to your chili, it's amazing along with some ground beef or sausage. We love smoked chuck at our house.
