Gotta create a rack of some sort to make the peppers stand up, the dressing is coming out of them

Par boil the peppers whole in saltwater for 10 min. Then cut a slit 2/3 down the side leaving the stem intact. Use a grapefruit spoon to deseed and devein.
Then fill and wrap
