    Smart's Brisket

So, I've been sitting on Smart's brisket recipe for some time, and Finally had a chance and Time to try it. I put 2 in my Pit Boss Platinum Brunswick. It took me about 12 hours plus ~3 hours for them to rest. The first brisket was really good, but not as tender and juicy as the other. Both had Amazing flavor and taste! Thanks again Smart! I don't consider this my recipe to share, but if Smart chimes in and gives the go-ahead, I'll post it- or he can...

Edit: Yeah, I know they weren't on a stick smoker... LMAO These were my first successful briskets though... Between the detailed recipe from Jason and the pellet smoker, they came out great.
