    Pastrami

    I’m giving this a try this weekend. Got a 4lb brisket flat curing right now to make the corned beef , then will smoke it to turn it into pastrami the official way. Wish me luck.

    Why spend the time making our homemade corned beef recipe? Because it is so much better than anything you could buy at the grocery store!

    Why would you want to ruin a brisket?

    As you might guess, I'm not a fan of corned beef.

        It turned out good! I did a desalinate soak which is a must imo.
