Proper technical cooking terminology were the only fancy talk that he knew, but wow, could he cook!

Silent Assassin, you are right that your (no-longer) secret recipe is the best!
Cool about your friend. I don't know how I miss this.

Thank you. The proper terminology don't apply to me cause Im no sous chef but a regular joe guy who loves Sicilian foods!

Glad everyone enjoyed this not so secret any more recipe.

I will try this soon - sounds great! Fettucine alfredo is basically macaroni and cheese for grownups

Also, try some fresh parmesan cheese off the block...gives a nuttier, richer flavor in my opinion if youre willing to spend the extra 4-5$

Would men folks like this dish for dinner at deer camp, along with a salad, dessert and ice cream? I am always looking for new things to cook at a ranch that I cook for the hunters over the weekend. I'm worried some would look at me like I was making a meal for a group of gals. What does the GS say?

Lmao! If you're in a pinch, hunters are hungry, this would be meal to make! Very easy and fast! If you can fill their stomach when they are hungry, I don't think they will care!

That's the only way to do a white sauce!
