Red Snapper and Shark on the grill?

Just saw the post about redfish on the grill and was wondering if yall had any good recipes for red snapper that are on the half shell? I also have some shark steaks Im dying to eat, any recipes for those would be much appreciated also! I dont get to go after the ocean critters much and dont wanna risk ruining my fish by experimenting!

    Thanks abunch

Both are very versatile and experimenting is what cooking is all about. With either one just season to your liking and grill on medium high heat until done. The shark is also very good fried. They key with shark being good or not is if it was cleaned properly or not.

I dont get to fish the coast much anymore so this will be my first time cooking either one. If I had more of it to cook I would totally be experimenting with it! I love grillin and cookin in general! I remember cookin redfish on the grill with some lemon juice on them but I dont remember what kind of seasoning I used. Kinda thinkin about using some tony chachere's or something on it, its good on just about everything!

Here's an easy standby: Boil enough rice (I use boil in bag brown rice. It's suppose to be better for you) for the number of servings needed. After rice is done, place in baking dish. A little water in it is good. Season w/ beef fajita seasoning over the top of the rice. Cover rice w/ snapper fillets and again season w/ beef fajita seasoning. Put in heavy mesquite smoke at 250 for 30 minutes until fish flakes. Serve w/ watever you prefer. Good fish does not need a lot done to it.
