I've heard that if you boiled the meat first, then you could either grill it or fry it and it was good. I have never tried it though.

Boil it first and take out and let dry, bast with BBQ sauce and put on grill to finish it out.

never ate one. I would try it if someone cooked some up, but probably would go out of my way unless what someone made me was incredible.

Ate a few when I was younger. Don't rember how mom cooked them but always had veggies with them so I'm thinking baked. Had more Armadillo til someone scared everyone with the leprosy deal. Made sanDwiches with the left overs and sold them for a dollar apiece at school. Man they were good.
