I wing shoot alot, so I have to find tons of ways to cook birds to change it up. And now being on a diet must find healthier ways to do so. I'll take pics next time because it looks as good as it taste
1 Serving (got to test it first
)
4oz. breasted meat (about 3 small halves, or 1.5 mallard)
Cut across the grain and set aside in bowl
1 Med jap. chopped med/fine (remove seeds first)
1/2 Cup of uncooked white rice (brown can be used) Cooked makes 1 cup. Place in bottom of bowl.
Add 5-6 leaves of cilantro (fresh) and squeeze the juice from 1/2 Lg. lime into rice and mix.
Back to the bird:
Cover meat with "Franks"........... I put that @%! on everything
In a hot, skillet brown meat and add more "Franks"
add japs. and cook as well
cook until the "Franks" thickens and becomes sticky.
Add Duck/ jap mixture to cilantro/lime rice and enjoy.
For those on a Diet as well this is very filling and is under 400cal with white rice and under 350 with brown and 37 gr of PROTEIN
NO SALT NEEDED!
