I am looking for a really good (dip) hot sauce recipe that I can use my vine ripe tomatoes and fresh jalapenos in. Your recipe will be much appreciated. Thanks Jeff

Salsa
Chop tomatoes to the size chunks you want.I make mine fine but not mush.
5 qts tomatoes
2 cups jalapeno (I use San Marcos band mild and devained) spicy but not hot
1 cup vinagor
2 sweet onions
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic salt
Bring to a boil and boil for 30 minutes.Then place in jars while hot and seal lids tight.They will create there own vacume.
