man...where was that recipe that was just like this but had tomatillos and corn that was all roasted on the fire with the maters, onions, jalapenos, serranos, and garlic?
Then chop it up with lime juice and cilantro...
That recipe was the bomb diggity...spicy...but even my m.i.l., who can't handle the heat, kept coming back for more. It was that good.

Juice of two limes
roast everything but the limes on the grill, puree about a 1/3 and chop the rest.
mix it all in a serving bowl with the juice of the limes and salt to taste.
