i did some about a month ago all i did was sprinkel; some fajita seasoning and put them on the pit my boys tore them up... -

3 medium dried ancho chiles
2 garlic cloves
ΒΌ honey
Dash or two of salt
Soak chiles in 2 cup of hot water for 30mins
Add chiles and water along with garlic, honey and salt to blender and puree.
Glaze quail or pork just prior to pulling off grill.
