Just made the marinade. Chicken and beef will sit in it until Friday.

I have had this on my computer for over a year and finally tried it this past weekend.......IT IS THE BOMB!!!!
I used three pounds of Flank Steak and tripled the recipe and thought it would be way too much salt, but it was PERFECT!!!
Its made its way into my recipe folder for life

Thanks for posting this recipe. We tried it tonight with a twist - we used quail instead of traditional fajita meat. It was pretty danged good. Will use this marinade again in the future!

Really great marinade. Used it for both beef and chicken fajitas. Marinating some more with this tonight.
