Just vac sealed and froze some elk and deer fajitas for later. Makes for a quick easy meal. This if probably the last recipe I’ll ever use.

Heat Level is on the lower end
In my opinion, the chipotle pepper is what makes this recipe unique. That is also where the heat comes from. Chipotles are smoked jalapenos that will add a distinct smokey flavor and mild heat. I have served this to kids and adults alike with no complaints about heat levels.

The recipe from OP is one for the books. Been using it for several years now.
However, I recently tried a new one that is just as impressive... only thing I added to this was fresh chopped garlic. I pureed everything to make it marinade a little easier as well.
1 1/4 lbs. of Flank Steak
1 cup of Pineapple Juice
1/2 cup of Soy Sauce
Juice of 4 Limes, freshly squeezed, 4 small or 2 large
1/4 cup of Cilantro
1 Jalapeño, roughly chopped, and seeded if you do not like heat
1/3 cup of Onions, roughly chopped
1/3 cup of Water
1/2 teaspoon of Pepper
1 teaspoon of Salt
2 teaspoons of Cumin
