Mixed this up yesterday afternoon. Been marinating all night. Hope it’s as good as y’all say it is

Made this last week, but did it in the oven. Seared the meat on all sides in a hot cast iron, then stuck it in the oven in the cast iron @350 degrees until 130 degrees. Pulled it out and let it sit until 140. It was a big hit at dinner. A meat thermometer has changed the game for me, I was ruining venison until I picked a thermometer up that I leave in while I cook.
