    Sir

    Like all other critters there are different parts to a Lamb. If you want to cook it all at the same time it would be one way - - If you wanted to do a standing rack of ribs it would be done another way.......

          My personal favorite is the standing rack of ribs. They need a little marinating in oh I dont know, milk, italion dressing, {my fav - allegro spicy} for 4 plus hours..........

          Then put them on the bbq till 180 inside. Let rest 10 min on counter top.

          Serve with a dipping sause of basically anything from ranch dressing to stubbs bbq sause. {Traditional would be mint sause cut with viniger}

          It melts in your mouth. And asaults your wallet.

            Leg of lamb needs to be fslling off the bone. Roasted in the oven with tons of spices and fluids. Here again a mint sause dip would be used.

              Lamb chops are what typical folks prepare. They need to be blasted with heat for only 60 to 90 seconds on both sides in the pit and can be covered with grey pupon as they hit the plate.

                  I grew up eating mutton in stews and soups. Mutton is an old Sheep. You have to do everything you can to bury the mutton flavor.
