Wild Turkey Brest?

Any one ever cook one in the oven? I been on a diet so not doing the bacon wrap. I cook most on the smoker but never tried the oven.

I like to cut mine up in strips and add some seasoning and bake them. Better than that is deep fry the strips but you said you were on a diet
