    Crusted Salmon



    Ingredients:
    * salmon
    * cayenne pepper
    * smoked seasoning
    * fresh cracked black pepper


    Rinse salmon and pat dry with paper towels. Coat salmon first with smoked seasoning, then cayenne pepper, and finally with fresh cracked black pepper.

    In a skillet, heat up olive oil and place fish in hot oil and cook until nice and crispy on each side. Serve and enjoy!

          I have seen some hickory grill seasoning from the Cajun Injector line, dosnt taste too bad at all

            Not me either, unless it's some of the McCormick steak sesoning. I know they make mesquite, and hickory seasonings.

              Got mine at Wal-Mart a while back.... it's a meat rub simply labeled as "Smoked Seasoning".... sorry, guess I should have put that in there....


              You can also use crushed red pepper and fresh cracked black peppercorns and cayenne pepper in place of that 'smoked seasoning'.
