The recipes.

Cajun Shrimp Skewers
Coat peeled shrimp with your fav cajun seasoning and some olive oil. Let them marinate for 30 minutes. Skewer and cook on grill over a wood fire 3 min per side

Garlic, Onion and Sesame Skewers
Coat peeled shrimp with garlic and onion powder and dash of sesame oil. Let them marinate for 30 minutes and cook on a grill over a wood fire 3 min per side.

Margarita Shrimp Skewers
Marinate with margarita mix a dash of cajun seasoning, salt and pepper and a dash of olive oil. Let them marinte for 30 minutes and cook on a grill over a wood fire 3 min per side.
