Fiesta Sausage ???

I found some Fiesta Venison Sausage Season mix, has anybody used it? Also found Pan Sausage. Any inputs would be great....

I used the pan sausage season this past weekend. Made about 20lbs of pan sausage. It has alot of sage in it, but I like sage. Its kinda along the lines of the Jimmy Dean Sage breakfast sausage but 10X better IMO.

I wouldn't make no big batch. Use 2 tablespoons for 1 lb of meat and fry her up. Might save you a lot of wasted time. I use Reos Old fashod breakfast sausage and another real good one is Brookshire Brothers mix. have to ask the butcher for that, its not on the shelves.

Not really intrested in the pan sasauge but the other one that make link sausage.
