I used the pan sausage season this past weekend. Made about 20lbs of pan sausage. It has alot of sage in it, but I like sage. Its kinda along the lines of the Jimmy Dean Sage breakfast sausage but 10X better IMO.
I wouldn't make no big batch. Use 2 tablespoons for 1 lb of meat and fry her up. Might save you a lot of wasted time. I use Reos Old fashod breakfast sausage and another real good one is Brookshire Brothers mix. have to ask the butcher for that, its not on the shelves.
