Processing in FTW?

Anybody got a favorite processor in Fort Worth? I normally take mine near the ranch but brought this one back to try something new. My priorities are good jalapeno cheese link sausage and summer sausage, everything else should be pretty basic - chili/burger, ham steaks and backstraps. Thanks!

Lee's Deer Processing there in Burleson does an outstanding job. Started using them last year and I have not been disappointed with anything yet. Deer and hog processing.

If you want sausage made, go to Syracuse. If it's just basic, then go to Lee's.

I take everything to Syracuse. I used to use Lee's but the last 2 I had her do I didn't care for.
