A little something I came up with when I was in college helped me get through the Ramen Noodles. Its a pretty healthy dish when you use the right rice and white meat chicken.
In a Pan add cut up raw white or dark meat chicken. I usually use about 3 chicken breasts to feed 4 ppl. 1 whole onion. 1 package of mushrooms. (You can add bacon if you really wanna make it taste good and unhealthy.) Put on stove on about 6-7 heat. Be sure to drizzle with olive oil. Also add black pepper. cayanee pepper. tony's. and before you take the chicken off add a good amount of teriayki sauce to it.
In a seperate pot cook about 1 1/2 cups of uncooked whole grain rice.
Add the chicken mix to a bowl of rice and enjoy!
