ok never had fallow befor , and i got diff op on how it tasted !
this is my 2cents
after the hunt this last weekend i cut a couple stakes out of the back strap and put a little oil on them and a simple dash or two of montreal steak seasoning, put them on the grill and bam , first off i think i cooked them just a little to long, well done !
any how i have to say fallow is one of the best tasting back straps i have ever had , my op better than white tail by far, up next to axis !
so if you have have the chance to take a fallow go for it you will not be disapointed !
i also have some black buck but have not got time to cook any up ! ill keep you all posted !
