1 can black beans (rinsed/drained)
1 can of corn (rinsed/drained)
1 large tomato (diced) or 1 can diced tomato(drained)
1/4 onion chopped (red or white)
1/4 green pepper (chopped)
small bunch of cilantro (chopped)
large splash of cider vinegar
small splash of lemon or lime juice
salt
black pepper
tony cachere's creole seasoning
{optional- dice hot pepper cheese into small pieces}
-mix together in a bowl and put in the fridge to chill
I don't use measurements for making this, just kind of use what I have available. I like to add a lot of pepper and a little habanero sauce for a some spice.
