Homemade ice cream recipe??

2 cans of pet milk, 1 can of eagle sweetned condensed milk, 2 liter of favorite soda. mix milk together and pour soda until fill line in container on your maker. very simple and very good!

I used the Nick/Buzzbait recipe this weekend. Good stuff! The trick is to use ice from Sonic. It's small and really packs around the canister nicely, leaving little to no air pockets when you add water. Keep it filled with that ice, put a towel over the top, and you are set!

I want to make some now. I have an ice cream maker I have never used. I bought it when I moved out of the parents house becase I figured I would use it every day.

My Grandma's is the same as Nick's Grandpa. Mighty hard to beat and so simple. No cooking ,just wash the eggs off real god before you crack them.

Just rolled this recipe back up. We are doubling to make a gallon.

Turned out to be really good.
Here's what we went with.

12 eggs
5 cups sugar
2 tbls vanilla
2 can of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
half gallon plus of milk to bring it to the gallon mark.

We made it in a 6qt Uncle Buck freezer from Bass Pro.
When it was finished we liked about 2 inches having 6 qts of ice cream in it.
