    Made this again last night. Great, as usual! I like to pull the shrimp once 80% done, though, and finish in the sauce towards the end so they're not overcooked while waiting for the fish. Thanks, Blake!

        Made the sauce to put over blackened crappie last week! I've always substituted a bag of crawfish tails for the shrimp but it's a homerun every time! Thanks again for the recipe!

          Shoot... We had leftover sauce over grilled pork chops last night. Still great.
