Kara went through the cookbook Sunday and decided to try Matt's (Mailman) chicken spagetti. She went to the store and bought everything, including the rotisserie chicken. Sunday night, she asked me to bone out the chicken. Glad to help her.
Monday evening on the way home from work, she calls saying she's running late and could I please "start" the chicken & spagetti. Forty five minutes later she gets home, right about the time it went in the oven.

It was easy to make (I proved it) and we are eating it again tonight. Big hit with everyone in the Powers' house.
