No more left overs ~ Dressing Balls

A good friend of mine introduced me to a new way of using up left over dressing from the Holidays.

Gather a handfull and roll it into a ball (about 2" in diameter), then roll in flour, dip into egg/milk mixture, then roll in bread crumbs and frie!!! He said he likes to mix in some chopped jalapenos for some flare sometimes.

Super good and you'll be saying "Goodbye leftovers!" before you know it!

Sounds like a pretty good hush puppy to me. We pretty much do the same thing to make our hush puppies as making dressing, just don't bake it. I will have to try this though. It sounds even better, especially the jalapenos.
