Well, after 16 years on the same hill country lease we are out in the cold. So I am looking for a new place to hunt. I am 51, almost exclusively bow hunt for whitetail, enjoy hogs and turkey, management minded and usually hunt alone. Here are a few options that would fit:
I would love to find a place with 120-150 class bucks, management minded, MLD would be a huge bonus, hogs/exotics/turkey also a bonus, water/electric, housing a bonus but not necessary, open to anywhere hill country, central texas, or "northern" south texas.
1. a small acreage place that would be for me and/or one other hunter where we could manage and work with the landowner.
2. a spot on a larger lease with the possibilities listed above.
3. a mid sized lease 400-700 acres that could accommodate 3-5 hunters with the possibilities listed above.
