Left from there yesterday. They wasnt moving well because of the wind.
But the rut is also in july and august. Not sure what other month as well Keith said they rut 3 months. We did see them tho, i seen a group of about 30 or so does and bucks mixed.

Not quite in the 30 day range but I saw 4 different (2 hard horned and 2 velvet) beginning of April. I believe I took trophy8's axis' brother, about the same size. Anyway there's alot of aninals there and there is definitely a few nice Axis running about.

Just got back. Saw Axis. Nothing I really was interested in or that gave me a shot. Another fellow saw one about 28 inches, and Keith sat in a stand one evening and saw one he thought would go 36 inches. They are not really hitting the corn like the other animals. Them and the BB.
