I was looking foe the closest place to hog hunt near Austin and it was there and I just talked with the ranch owner

I've hunted DB three times during the past 2 years. Danny and Kelly are nice folks. You will definately see hogs, rams and probably fallow deer. Depending upon when you go, the hogs can be skittish. Have you been to the website? It's www.dbhuntingranch.com. I recommend the place, esp. if you live in Austin b/c it's only 45 mins away. I'd like to get your perspective after your hunt.

i had a great time it was a lot of fun. I used a rifle still learning how to shoot with a bow not confident in shooting it yet.
