Heading to Diamond C

No shots for me this morning. Probably should have. There were 2 decent axis bucks. But it was still pretty dark, more things kept coming in, so I waited. Hope I don't regret it!

Had some hogs come in. All grouped together, all facing toward me. Never got a clean shot.

Had audad and Rams too. Great overall morning.

It was too dark to get a picture of the axis bucks. This is all I got. He's only got one side. The other two were similar. I'm thinking they're about 26" ish?!

The amount of animals here is amazing. Been watching them all night. There's a shooter axis buck at 100yds, but I don't think he's going to come in.

Looks like y'all are putting a smack down on 'em. Skylar's got the animals for sure. ( already getting plans together for a fall hunt). Good luck on the hogs. When I was there they seemed to be at the cabin or in the pasture off to the north of the lodge (but Lord only knows). Either way, good luck and let us know how you do.
