Anyone hunting a North Texas Whitetail Outfitter lease in Red River County?

Is there anyone who has leased a Red River county property through the North Texas Whitetail Outfitters via Frank Shive? Just curious as to what you thought of the properties that he was offering and how successful you were this year.
    Thanks for the input

I was wondering the same. Spoke with him in May seemed like a nice guy but property sounded like a cattle operation looking for additional income. BUMP !

Well to be honest, that is what it is. We are actually calling it a bust lease this year, 950 acres, 25% (if that) is woods, the rest is cattle pasture. They probably have the max amount of cattle per acre running around there too. I was just wondering if the rest of the properties were the same or not. Heck someone may have gotten lucky and gotten a good lease. We didn't so I'd like to see anyone else's reaction.

BTW, Frank is a nice guy, he just tries a little too hard to promote the few deer he has seen in his few years of hunting up there.
