Took a new friend to Three Fingers Bowhunting for a hunt. He only had Saturday to work with so we drove down from Fort Worth yesterday and got into stand a bit before feeders went off. I didn't have any come in although I saw several out in the field. One bruiser was headed towards my friend in the zoo stand. I sent him a text to watch for him and sure enough he saw it coming. I told him stay calm, pick a spot and squeeze. A few minutd's later he text me he took a shot. After we got to him he knew which direction it went and he walked the 70 yards or so to him. Made a great double ling shot on a 165lb toothy boar.
