We leased for a whole month for bow season last year and saw only one deer - a little spike. That was it.

As said before, Ken is a nice guy but their is no denying he is full of hot air. I figured that out after my first conversation. Now if I went there to hunt and he told me this crap and I had the experiences all of you had, I'd be in his face getting my money back. If he didn't comply, I'd get it anyways.

In 2007, my son and I went on a night hog hunt; we heard some but never saw any. The problem was he said the other 9 hunters all limited out. I never saw any other vehicles or hunters. He got me for $300.

Ken said he had a stocked lake that we could fish between hunts. He told us that the guys who hunted the weekend before us had limited out on 5-10lb bass. The water was crystal clear and you could see the bottom. There were absolutely zero fish in that tank. Three men fishing for three hours on a tank that was less than a half an acre. Never had one single fish even come close to my line. If the water hadn't been so clear I could of given Ken the benefit of the doubt on the fish, but I'm afraid I caught him in another lie.

I'm sending this email as a request that you ad me to
the lawsuit that you are supposidly going to bring
against The Copy Center over lost pictures.
Quite frankly I'd much rather you leave them out of it
and just pay your bill with them for the print work
and sue me. I told Cecil to drop the graphic work
charges but apparently the outfitter biz didn't do
well and you can't pay the bill for what you ordered.
I was the one and only person that dealt with all your
stuff, I scanned it in, layed it out. Your brochures
were all "me" from the time the job was started, from
the time the pictures were dropped in the job envelope
I was the only one that touched them. If there was a
picture of Slim Pickins I would have seen it, I
actually was there as a kid when Slim went on a hunt
at the ranch. Don't remember you being there at all.
There simply was no picture in the envelope with Slim
Pickins point blank and every picture you dropped off
was returned to you. I've known you for 20 plus years,
when I was 16 (22 years ago) you hired me and my
cousin to clear some land in Woodcreek and it took
forever to get paid. Why? Because you are now what you
were then, a horse trader, a wheeler dealer, and
whomever you come in contact with always comes up on
the short end. In short for the 20 plus years I've
know you I've been polite because you and my parents
are friends but even they know better than to get into
any sort of buisness deal with you, they like you
enough but they still know you're a crook, grifter,
call it what you like, and always have been.
It's that simple. You reinvent yourself under
different names. The last one was Bison now it's Rio
Bravo, whatever. Same bull**** different name. So I
guess it boils down to pay your bill or sue them and
sue me, either way I'll have a line of folks you have
screwed over in the past waiting for you at the court
date.
That's your call, you want to play this game fine,
guess you'll be leaving town owing people money again,
seems to be your mode of operation.

I do not belive that the Name is actually LONE WOMAN MOUNTIAN RANCH ..
My opinion is that this is one of many names given to the property to bring attention Off the Negative feedback from past names.

Everyones statements here appear correct.
He is a Very Nice and Likeable Guy - but business dealings to NOT PAN OUT.
he is a neat guy to hang out with, and talk to...

The ranch DOES HAVE HOGS - i booked several Hog and Ram Hunts for Him last summer based on a commission % .. (never got paid 1 cent)

all hunters DID Get Rams and Hogs. but those were the ONLY hunt i would attempt to book. (he wanted me to book $3500 trophy deer hunts but i wouldnt go anywhere near putting my name on that)

HOG HUNTERS - were left in there blinds untill NOON on several occassions.
(during july and august) - including myself on several occassions.

The Final problem i had, was went I sent a group to the ranch to hunt Rams and Hogs.
Ken and I had a deal that I would sell him Basic Size Rams, and a Low cost..
and those rams were the Rams that were Included in the Ram/Hog Combo Hunt.
I would sell him Bigger Rams - if a Hunter Requested to pay and Upgrade fee for a Bigger Ram... when i sent the last group there, ALL the Rams on the Ranch were Cheap, Basic Rams included in there Hunt.
But when they found the group of rams - he told them that they were all an extra $100 or $200 upgrade fee, but if they wanted the included ram they would have to keep searching the ranch. (the rams he showed them as upgrades, were the Base Size/Price Rams that i had sold him, and there was no other rams there)

so, if they wanted a ram they would have to pay more no matter what.
as soon as i learned of this, i refunded there money and invited them on a free hog hunt on a different ranch which ended up good because i now keep in regular contact with one of the guys from that group.

well i will post up next wensday. i am going to try him out for some hogs tuesday. he is giving me a realy good deal and is too close to the house to pass up
