Looking for a bow hunter friendly lease (exotics)

I'm looking for a lease in Texas that is how hunter friendly, and one that has big exotics. any help would be greatly appreciated. my nephew is 17 years old and I would like to take him to a nice place and get him and myself some nice Axis, fallow etc.. thank you and God bless you
