After a tough year last year trying to get my gf (Miss_SDF) her first bow kill and coming up empty handed, we have 37 more days before we get her another chance. Heading back to Skull Creek ranch in Columbus TX to try to get her first hog kill with her Baer Homewrecker. We didn't get her any shot opportunities on the last trip but the place is stacked with pigs. She's tuffed it out through long nights and bad weather and hasn't given up. Hopefully on March 14 she will have her first hog kill. I'll also take this time to give full recognition to John, the man running the place. We paid for a hog hunt and though the hunt was a guarenteed hunt, we had it in our minds that that's why it's called hunting . John later called to inform us that he was fronting us another hunt to keep up on his word. All around a really nice guy and has continued to send me pics and videos of the hogs on his place. If your looking for a great place to hunt look up Skull Creek Ranch (boarsnesthunts.com) they also have ram hunts. Check them out.

I so fricking excited I can't focus on work. Got our stuff packed. We will be hitting the ranch at noon Saturday. My 12 year old has been shooting archery every night for 4 weeks. I trust him enough to make a good shot.
